FAIR HOUSING LAWS
There are several Federal and State housing laws in effect to protect home
buyers. these laws prohibit discrimination based on race, religion,
sex, color, national origin, familial status, and disabilities.
Home sellers, home buyers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers,
and loan officers are all bound to adhere to these laws.
